Keith Wong, MBA, PhD, Executive Coach & Lead Talent Consultant
Keith manages and collaborates with a team of Associate Executive Coaches and Talent Management Consultants to provide talent management solutions to our Clients.

Keith has been the Executive Coach in the last 5 years with many successful executives in Greater China. Keith also provides strategic organizational design and manages the leadership assessment for both high potential and executives in the succession pipeline. Keith is a certified executive coach from Australia and accredited with a number of branded assessment tools including Hogan, LEA360 and Birkman etc. Keith is fluent in Chinese and English. Brenda Lee, MBA, Executive Coach and Talent Consultant
Brenda is a seasoned Executive Coach focusing on leadership coaching and career counselling, facilitating executives to increase their effectiveness by making positive changes.  She has led executive training for the Asia Region with MNCs and has also coached numerous senior executives in multinational corporations, financial institution, and travel management company and education institute in Hong Kong. In addition, Brenda has led various leadership assessment engagements focused on high potential assessment and executive level succession planning.

Brenda also provided strategic guidance in corporate communications for senior management in the global and China Coca-Cola system. Her deep understanding of the corporate world helps her to provide relevant and effective coaching for executives who have to deal with the sophistication of the business world.  She also has strong cultural sensitivity through her 20 years of experience in the global Coca-Cola system and the working with multi-cultural teams at all levels in cross-territorial projects.

Brenda holds a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a BA degree from the University of Hong Kong. Brenda is certified in the Hogan Assessment suite and Birkman First Look.

Sarah Wang, Executive Coach and Talent Consultant
Sarah Wang is an experienced Executive Coach and Talent Management Consultant operated in Greater China market.  She has some 20 years of corporate HR experience with the last years in executive management capacity in human resources with MNCs in high-tech, pharmaceutical, shipping & logistics, and FMCG segment. Prior to being an Executive Coach and Consultant, Sarah was the Head of HR with BAT Greater China, General Manager of Maersk Greater China Area, Country Head of HR Novartis and as the Head of HR in charge of for Emerson Process Management.

Sarah is a multi-cultural leader having managed and participated as operating leader with a diversities of managers from various global markets. She has coached many executives from Senior Managers to Senior Leaders and also managed leadership assessment with various MNCs.

Sarah holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Capital Economics & Trade University in Beijing. She is accredited as a Certified Coach, via NLP & Coaching Institute of California, Coaching Australia, Erickson College International and with PCC from ICF. Sarah is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Kevin Wang, Talent Consultant
Kevin Wang has close to 20 years of talent management experience covering recruitment, retention and development to enable the organization resources are most effectively developed and deployed to support the organizational strategies. Kevin has a pragmatic blend between functional HR competencies and partnership with line management to deliver profitable revenue growth.

Kevin started his HR career in Colgate-Palmolive and then moved to Novartis as Regional HR Manager, Xi’an Janssen Pharmaceutical as Staffing Manager, and L’Oreal China as the Recruitment & Integration Manager with incremental responsibilities. He later joined Standard Chartered Bank as Senior HR Manage leading to Senior Talent Development Manager Role.

Before Kevin joining Regent United as the Associate Talent Management Consultant, he was the HR Director with Galderma and with Sanofi as Associate HR Director focusing on Strategic Staffing and Organization Development. Kevin has a great perspective about talent management diversity in PRC market having been based in the four regions with interim rotations from Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu to Xian. Kevin is based in Shanghai.

Daniel Ying –Talent Consultant & Executive Training Facilitator
Daniel has over 20 years of experience in Talent Management Consultant operated in Greater China market.  He has consulted a number of MNCs in organizational design and numerous workshops to improve the leadership and managerial skills of the managers. His core consulting areas focus in organizational development, competency building, leadership development, and performance management, executive coaching with application of worldwide quality talent solutions and best-practices to suit the need of our Clients.

Over the last 15 years, Daniel has delivered over 100 assignments in a wide range of customized projects in competency and leadership development with Fortune 500 Companies. Daniel holds a MBA from City University of HK. He is the accredited trainer and administrator in Harrison Assessment®, DISC, Belbin Model, LEA360, FIRO-B, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is also the Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP), a qualified Executive Coach with Coach U. Daniel speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
