Dr. Keith Wong, Partner, Leadership Consultant & Executive Coach with Regent united manages the entire Executive Coaching services, Leadership Assessment, and Learning Organizational Consulting Practices working with a small team of Associate Coaches in the Region.

He is also currently one of the few Executive Coaches with Russell Reynolds & Associates for the Asia-Pacific Region, one of the leading global executive search firms primarily focused on the Executive Search and Leadership Consulting at executive levels. Keith currently also teaches in the jointed Advanced Master Program between ENAC in France and HK International Aviation Academy on Human Resources and Talent Management.

With rich global and regional senior leadership experience gained in reputable Multi-National Companies in North America, Asia-Pacific and Greater China Region, Keith is well placed to deliver values to Clients in terms of attracting, developing, rediscovering, retaining talents to work collaboratively, confidently, and resiliently to deliver the organizational objectives.

Keith possesses a pragmatic blend of corporate, entrepreneurial, consulting, and cultural experience in Greater China and Asia Pacific that helps him see issues with broad and deep insights, clarity from chaos, and help his Clients come out with winning insights and relevant Talent Management solutions.

Before venturing into Leadership Consulting, Keith was the Managing Director for a major JV between Brasil Food and CITIC, Regional VP & GM with Coca-Cola China, Executive Director with Colgate Palmolive, and Unilever in China. Prior to operating in China, Keith headed the external development with Kraft Foods Asia-Pacific. Before returning to Asia, Keith was the Director of Finance with Wendy’s Restaurants in Canada. Keith is also the Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountant UK as he was trained as an Accountant in his early career.

Keith holds a PhD in Corporate Management from School of Management, Fudan University, and BA from Western University. He also received Executive Training Program with Wharton School and Executive Coaching Certificate from Coaching Australia. He is also the Certified Hogan Consultant, and Certified Practitioner for Marshall Goldsmith’s Global Leadership Assessment.

Keith is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, based in HK and Shanghai, travelling around the Asia Region. Apart from work, Keith is also active in playing tennis, golf, and guitar.
