Our Clients are mainly repeated customers from multi-national companies, followed by locally listed companies. Nature of business ranges from consumer products, pharmaceuticals, internet, media, manufacturing to professional services in private equity, executive search to executive training and development.
Most of our customers or coachees are at Executive Leadership levels to senior operating roles such as CEO, President, Managing Director, Vice President, Director, and high potentials in transition for a leadership role.
We covered mainly 80% executives from Asia and Greater China markets and the balance are overseas executives. Our gender is quite balance roughly 40/60 for ladies/gentlemen.
Clients come back to us invariably recognizing our value-added services to their talents by facilitating them to be more ready to assume an executive role. Most of the executives’ feedback to us that after our executive coaching engagements, they feel more confident, strategic, assertive, collaborative, insightful to inter-personal sensitivities and self-awareness about their own potentials and vulnerabilities. Most importantly, they see the workplace dynamics with more clarity and become more adaptable and proactive in managing strategic changes from talents to business growth path.
Many of our coachees do take a proactive role to maintain our previous engagement relationship. They do call upon us when encountering leadership and career growth challenges and we are happy to provide complimentary after-sale services.
